DIRECTIONS
Turn the base of the pen until oil saturates the tip. Apply directly
to cuticles and nails, gently pushing back cuticles with the doe foot
tip. Massage with fingers until absorbed. Use as needed. Follow with HAND
PERFECTION Complete Day Cream or Night
